Airo Unipol is a beige 2K universal polyester filler with a wide range of applications. It can be used as a coarse or fine filler, has a short curing time, and is easy to sand. After 20 minutes of curing, the filler can be sanded with grit sizes P80 to P280. Adhesion on which surface? - Galvanized metal sheet - Hot-dip galvanized bodywork sheet - Steel plate - Aluminum - Wood - Glass fiber reinforced plastic based on polyester Do not apply on - Acid-curing primers - Wash primer - Nitrocellulose primer - Synthetic primer Instructions for use Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or (loose) paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth for better adhesion. Always check that the surface is properly sealed to prevent the filler from attracting moisture from below, for example, with a wooden surface. Apply the desired amount of filler to the putty knife and mix it with approximately 2% hardener for the best result. Try not to work the filler for longer than 4 to 6 minutes, as drying granules may develop in the filler after this time. CAUTION: Never mix too much hardener! Excessive hardener won't speed up the process, but it can actually cause the paint layer to delaminate or change color. Storage and processing advice - Do not process below +5°C - Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 12 months Supplied as standard - Indicated quantity of filler, packed in a tube (see image) - Red hardener paste in plastic tube of 60 grams

Colormatic 1K Clear Coat High Gloss is a fast-drying, UV-resistant clear coat that can be used with all common paint systems. Its excellent flow properties and excellent polishability make it ideal for spot repairs and respraying entire bodywork sections. Thanks to its short drying time, excellent flow and easy polishing, this 2K clearcoat is an excellent choice for spot repairs. Features: -High-gloss and UV-radiation resistant -Quick drying -Very good flow -Suitable for spot repair Processing: -Bring the tin to room temperature, 20°C is ideal. - Thoroughly clean the surface to be sprayed with a silicone cleaner. The area must be dry and free of dust and grease. Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes, allowing the mixer to work its magic. If you don't shake it thoroughly, there's a chance of color shifts during spraying. -Preferably spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Indoors, you must cover the area well to protect against fine mist. Cover all areas that should not be sprayed. Ensure good lighting so you can see where you are. Ready to start spraying? First, make a test patch to test how the spray can works and how it's applied. -Apply it at a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the object and move the can back and forth gradually. Apply 2-3 coats of clear lacquer, allowing 2-3 minutes for the coat to dry in between. After curing (24 hours at 20°C), any transitions can be polished to a high gloss. -After use, turn the can upside down and clean the valve. Safety: -An allergic reaction may occur due to the isocyanate used in the product. Do not expose persons with respiratory problems or allergic reactions to vapors or spray mist. -Use a paint fume mask type A2-P2 -Wear protective gloves and safety glasses
