Description
A beige 2-component (spray) primer based on epoxy resin with strong adhesion to various substrates, particularly aluminum and galvanized parts. It cures quickly, is water-resistant, and offers excellent rust protection. After mixing, the primer has a pot life of 8 hours. It is dust-dry after just 20 minutes and sandable after 4 to 5 hours at 20°C. The primer is sanded with a 150 to 240 grit sandpaper after 4 to 5 hours of curing time.

Instructions for use
Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or loose paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth to improve adhesion. Mix the base with the hardener in a 3:1 ratio (add thinner to your liking if necessary). This mixture can be applied with a spray gun with a 1.5 to 1.7 mm nozzle at a pressure of 1.8 to 2 bar. It can be sanded after approximately 4 to 5 hours of curing time or resprayed.
Once the product is applied below the temperature of +10°C, the drying time becomes significantly longer.
Drying time
+20°C - dust dry after 20 minutes, can be sprayed over after 4 hours, complete drying time 12 hours
+60°C – drying time 40 minutes (with a layer thickness of approx. 50 µm)
Storage and processing advice
- Do not process below +10°C
- Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 12 months
