Order
We deliver orders over €75 to your home in the Netherlands for FREE. For orders under €75, we charge a small shipping fee of €8.95.
Intra-Community supply (0% VAT abroad for entrepreneurs)
Is your company located abroad? We can create a customized invoice excluding VAT for international business customers. Please select "Pay by invoice" as the payment method and include your VAT number in your details.
At the bottom under "Any comments" please indicate that it concerns an intra-Community supply.
You'll then receive a special link to pay securely via iDeal. Alternatively, you can also pay by bank transfer. We'll ship the package as soon as the money is in our account.

Delivery
We process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 5 PM on weekdays, you'll usually receive it the next business day. We ship every order the same business day you place your order, provided the product is in stock. If a product is out of stock, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a delivery date.
If you choose the "Pay by invoice" payment option, your order will only be shipped once we have received your payment.
If the order cannot be delivered the first time, the delivery driver will leave a card in your mailbox indicating when they will try again. This is usually the next delivery day.
The table below provides an estimate of delivery times within the Netherlands. Sundays and public holidays are exceptions.

How do I place an order?
1: Select one or more products on our website.
2: Add the desired products to your shopping cart. You can do this by selecting a product and clicking "Click and order."
3: Once your order is complete, click the shopping cart icon on the right side of the blue menu bar. Here you can review your order and choose a payment method, shipping to the relevant country, and enter any discount codes. If the products and payment method are correct, click "Complete Order."
4: Here you can enter your details about where the ordered products should be shipped. You can choose:
1) Contact details: Here you enter your contact details and, if applicable, your company or organization.
2) Invoice: Enter your postal code and house number here; the street, city, and country will be filled in automatically. You can also specify a different delivery address by checking the box below.
3) Other information: You can enter additional information or leave comments here. You can also indicate your interest in the newsletter. If you order frequently, we recommend checking "Remember contact details" so you don't have to re-enter your information each time.
5: Once you've entered your information, click "Complete Order." You'll see an overview of the order costs and address information. If all information is correct, you must first accept the terms and conditions, after which you can click "Confirm Order" to complete the order.
6: Here you will see different pages with the following choices;
1) iDeal payment: On this page you can indicate the bank you want to use to pay for your order.
2) Bancontact: On this page you can pay for the order via your bank.
3) SOFORTBanking: On this page you can indicate the bank you want to use to pay for your order.
4) PayPal: You will be immediately redirected to the PayPal page where you can log in to your PayPal account.
5) Pay by invoice: Here you will see confirmation of your order, you do not need to follow any further steps.
7: After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us. If you selected "Prepayment" or "Pay by invoice," you must pay before we ship the order!
