 Order
 We deliver orders over €75 to your home in the Netherlands for FREE. For orders under €75, we charge a small shipping fee of €7.95.
 Intra-Community supply (0% VAT abroad for entrepreneurs) 
Is your company located abroad? We can create a customized invoice excluding VAT for international business customers. Please select "Pay by invoice" as the payment method and include your VAT number in your details.
 At the bottom under "Any comments" please indicate that it concerns an intra-Community supply.
 You'll then receive a special link to pay securely via iDeal. Alternatively, you can also pay by bank transfer. We'll ship the package as soon as the money is in our account.
 Orders abroad are subject to different shipping costs, which you can find on our Ordering & Delivery page.
 Please note: Customs handling may cause delays.
 If you have a heavier package, please contact us to discuss the options. We ship packages up to 20 kg as standard. 
All listed prices include VAT!
 We process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 5 PM on weekdays, you'll usually receive it the next business day. We ship every order the same business day you place your order, provided the product is in stock. If a product is out of stock, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a delivery date.
 If you choose the "Pay by invoice" payment option, your order will only be shipped once we have received your payment.
 If the order cannot be delivered the first time, the delivery driver will leave a card in your mailbox indicating when they will try again. This is usually the next delivery day.
 
The table below provides an estimate of delivery times within the Netherlands. Sundays and public holidays are exceptions.

 iDEAL 
This payment method is available to anyone with a Dutch debit card and card reader. Choose iDEAL as your payment method, then select your bank (ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, etc.). You'll then be redirected to your bank's trusted website, where the payment order will be ready for you. Your bank will ask you to enter some information and authorize the payment. The amount will be debited from your checking account immediately.
 You pay in your trusted online payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
 Bancontact
 As a Belgian customer, you can pay with Bancontact. This is the online payment system developed by the Belgian banks: Belfius, BNP Paribas, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA Bank, VDK Spaarbank, and Record Bank.
 With Bancontact you can pay for your product directly in a trusted payment environment that is secured by an SSL connection.
 Afterpay 
Prefer to pay after receiving your order? That's certainly possible. This way, you only pay for the items you keep. After receiving your order, you'll receive a payment overview by email within a few days. Pay within 14 days of receiving your items using iDeal via Afterpay.
 SOFORTBanking
 SOFORT Banking is a payment method available in nine European countries and is very popular in Germany. SOFORT is based on the principle of a bank transfer, but the payment only needs to be verified, similar to iDEAL, for example.
 Choose SOFORTBanking as your payment method, then select your bank (ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, etc.). You'll then be redirected to your bank's trusted website, where the payment order will be ready for you. Your bank will ask you to enter some information and authorize the payment. The amount will be debited from your current account immediately. 
You pay in your trusted online payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
 Maestro
 With the Maestro debit card (from MasterCard), you pay online using your own bank card. Because the payment is debited directly from your account, it's always guaranteed. Cards with the Maestro logo are issued in 100 countries.
 MasterCard
 If you pay by credit card, the payment will only be debited once a product has been delivered. Your payment information is encrypted using SSL. If you use a MasterCard credit card, you must enter a MasterCard SecureCode. This is either a password you create yourself or a code you receive from your bank, depending on your bank. The MasterCard SecureCode (also known as 3D Secure) makes your online payment extra secure.
 VISA 
If you pay by credit card, the payment will only be debited once a product has been delivered. Your payment information is encrypted using SSL. If you use a VISA credit card, you must enter a SecureCode. This is either a password you create yourself or a code you receive from your bank, depending on your bank. The SecureCode (also known as 3D Secure) makes your online payment extra secure.
 PayPal
 We offer the option to pay with your PayPal balance via PayPal. Selecting PayPal in the payment menu will automatically redirect you to the PayPal payment menu.
 We charge a small percentage for payment fees because we want to offer our products competitively. This allows you to decide for yourself whether paying with PayPal is right for you.
 Pay in advance
 Prepayment means that you pay in advance before we ship the order.  
For business EU customers, this varies considerably; ordering is VAT-exempt! After placing your order, we'll create a revised invoice excluding VAT. We'll apply the 0% rate, including VAT shift charges.
 After placing your order, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email with an invoice containing your personal order number and the total amount due. Once we receive your payment, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.

 *Please note! If you choose "Prepayment," the delivery time will be extended; your order will only be shipped once payment has been received. Bank transfers can take between 1 and 3 business days.
No, unfortunately, your order cannot be picked up from us. To keep costs as low as possible and thus maintain low prices, we don't have a showroom or a nice warehouse. We do have many items in stock in a warehouse, but unfortunately, not everything. We ship some items via dropshipping.
 Once my order has been shipped, is it still possible to change the delivery address?
 No, that's not possible. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
 I may have provided an incorrect address and not received my package, what now? 
After being presented to the specified address twice, the package will automatically be returned to us if the address or name is incorrect. In this case, we will contact you immediately with the correct address information. We will have to resend the package, which will incur additional costs. We will charge you for the resending costs; these are the standard shipping costs for your country that we use in our webshop (see Orders and Delivery ).
 We will cover the additional costs for returning your order because the address was incorrect.

We ship all orders via PostNL. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be picked up and processed by PostNL the same day.
We'll email you immediately once your order has been successfully received and paid for. You'll receive another email once your order has passed the first PostNL scan. From then on, you can track your order via the PostNL website.
