Airo Multi filler 1 kg
This is a beige 2K polyester filler that can be used as an alternative to Unipol. Airo Multi is a slightly finer and more flexible filler than Unipol. This filler can be used as a normal or fine filler. It doesn't shrink, is easy to sand, and has excellent stability. After 20 minutes of curing time, the filler can be sanded with a P80 to P280 grit sandpaper. Adhesion on which surface? - Galvanized metal sheet - Hot-dip galvanized bodywork sheet - Steel plate - Aluminum - Wood - Glass fiber reinforced plastic based on polyester Do not apply on - Acid-curing primers - Wash primer - Nitrocellulose primer - Synthetic primer Instructions for use Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Make sure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or (loose) paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth for better adhesion. Always check that the surface is properly sealed so that the filler cannot attract moisture from below, for example, with a wooden surface. Apply the desired amount of filler to the putty knife and mix it with approximately 2% hardener for the best result. Try not to work the filler for longer than 4 to 6 minutes, as drying grains may develop after this time. The filler can be sanded after approximately 20 minutes. CAUTION: Never mix too much hardener! Excessive hardener won't speed up the process, but it can actually cause the paint layer to delaminate or change color. Storage and processing advice - Do not process below +5°C - Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 12 months Supplied as standard - Indicated quantity of filler, packed in a tin (see image) - Red hardener paste in plastic tube of 25 grams

Airo Polyester thinner 1ltr
Reactive thinner for polyester products. Unlike nitro, acrylic, or synthetic resin thinners, Airo Polyester Thinner reacts with polyester resins and is chemically incorporated into the resin molecule. NB: Polyester thinner is sensitive to moisture. Close the packaging tightly after use. To be used for: - Airo Unispray - Airo Plamuren (Unipol, Soft, Plastic, ed.) - Airo Spritzfüller - Other Airo polyester products. Instructions for use Add a maximum of 5% to 10% thinner to products. Storage and processing advice - Do not process below +5°C - Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 6 months Supplied as standard - Indicated amount of thinner, packed in a tin (see image)
