1K Car Paint in aerosol can 400ml
This 1K automotive paint is specially color-matched using professional PPG automotive paint and is available in any color. The ColorMatic pre-fill standard aerosol can is pre-filled with propellant and specific additives and then filled with the desired paint color using a filling machine. The wide flat-jet spray nozzle creates a very fine atomization, while the high quality and consistent pressure guarantee the best final result. ColorMatic pre-fill standard is a pre-filled aerosol can containing propellants and solvents, filled with a solvent-based basecoat. This basecoat must be finished with a clearcoat. Where can I find my color code? Processing: -Bring the tin to room temperature, 20°C is ideal. - Thoroughly clean the surface to be sprayed with a silicone cleaner. Larger bare surfaces should be primed first with the appropriate primer. The area must be dry and free of dust and grease. Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes, allowing the mixer ball to work its magic. If you don't shake it thoroughly, there's a chance of color shifts during spraying. -Preferably spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Indoors, you must cover the area well to protect against fine mist. Cover all areas that should not be sprayed. Ensure good lighting so you can see where you are. Ready to start spraying? First, make a test patch to test how the spray can works and how it's applied. Apply it from a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the object, moving the can back and forth gradually. Don't try to achieve a perfectly smooth result with the first coat; this layer is purely for buildability and coverage. After the paint is applied, a clear coat will need to be sprayed over it. This can be a 1K or 2K clear coat. 2K clear coat is much stronger and resistant to gasoline. Safety: -An allergic reaction may occur due to the isocyanate used in the product. Do not expose persons with respiratory problems or allergic reactions to vapors or spray mist. -Use a paint fume mask type A2-P2 -Wear protective gloves and safety glasses Do you have a color that is mother of pearl? Airo Epoxy Grund Universal primer 1 ltr
A beige 2-component (spray) primer based on epoxy resin with strong adhesion to various substrates, particularly aluminum and galvanized parts. It cures quickly, is water-resistant, and offers excellent rust protection. After mixing, the primer has a pot life of 8 hours. It is dust-dry after just 20 minutes and sandable after 4 to 5 hours at 20°C. The primer is sanded with a 150 to 240 grit sandpaper after 4 to 5 hours of curing time. Adhesion on which surface? - Steel plate - Iron - Aluminum - Galvanized base - Glass fiber reinforced plastic based on polyester Instructions for use Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or loose paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth to improve adhesion. Mix the base with the hardener in a 3:1 ratio (add thinner to your liking if necessary). This mixture can be applied with a spray gun with a 1.5 to 1.7 mm nozzle at a pressure of 1.8 to 2 bar. It can be sanded after approximately 4 to 5 hours of curing time or resprayed. Once the product is applied below the temperature of +10°C, the drying time becomes significantly longer. Drying time +20°C - dust dry after 20 minutes, can be sprayed over after 4 hours, complete drying time 12 hours +60°C – drying time 40 minutes (with a layer thickness of approx. 50 µm) Storage and processing advice - Do not process below +10°C - Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 12 months Supplied as standard - Indicated quantity of primer, packed in a tin (see image) - liquid hardener paste in a can of 15 grams

Airo Faserplast filler 0.8 kg/SB
Faserplast is an olive-green, fiberglass-based 2K polyester filler for working through rusted bodywork parts. This filler is a perfect blend of filler and short polyester fibers. After 20 minutes of curing time, the filler can be sanded with a P80 to P280 grit! Adhesion on which surface? - Steel plate - Galvanized metal sheet Do not apply on - Aluminum - Wash primer - Acid-hardening primers - Nitrocellulose primer - Synthetic primer Instructions for use Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or (loose) paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth for better adhesion. Always check that the surface is properly sealed to prevent the filler from attracting moisture from below, for example, with a wooden surface. Apply the desired amount of filler to the putty knife and mix it with approximately 2% hardener for the best result. Try not to work the filler for longer than 4 to 6 minutes, as drying granules may develop in the filler after this time. CAUTION: Never mix too much hardener! Excessive hardener won't speed up the process, but it can actually cause the paint layer to delaminate or change color. Storage and processing advice - Do not process below +5°C - Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 12 months Supplied as standard - Indicated quantity of filler, packed in a tin (see image) - Red hardener paste in plastic tube of 25 grams
