1K Car Paint in aerosol can 400ml
This 1K automotive paint is specially color-matched using professional PPG automotive paint and is available in any color. The ColorMatic pre-fill standard aerosol can is pre-filled with propellant and specific additives and then filled with the desired paint color using a filling machine. The wide flat-jet spray nozzle creates a very fine atomization, while the high quality and consistent pressure guarantee the best final result. ColorMatic pre-fill standard is a pre-filled aerosol can containing propellants and solvents, filled with a solvent-based basecoat. This basecoat must be finished with a clearcoat. Where can I find my color code? Processing: -Bring the tin to room temperature, 20°C is ideal. - Thoroughly clean the surface to be sprayed with a silicone cleaner. Larger bare surfaces should be primed first with the appropriate primer. The area must be dry and free of dust and grease. Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes, allowing the mixer ball to work its magic. If you don't shake it thoroughly, there's a chance of color shifts during spraying. -Preferably spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Indoors, you must cover the area well to protect against fine mist. Cover all areas that should not be sprayed. Ensure good lighting so you can see where you are. Ready to start spraying? First, make a test patch to test how the spray can works and how it's applied. Apply it from a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the object, moving the can back and forth gradually. Don't try to achieve a perfectly smooth result with the first coat; this layer is purely for buildability and coverage. After the paint is applied, a clear coat will need to be sprayed over it. This can be a 1K or 2K clear coat. 2K clear coat is much stronger and resistant to gasoline. Safety: -An allergic reaction may occur due to the isocyanate used in the product. Do not expose persons with respiratory problems or allergic reactions to vapors or spray mist. -Use a paint fume mask type A2-P2 -Wear protective gloves and safety glasses Do you have a color that is mother of pearl? Then you will have to order two spray cans to make the right color. Supplied individually and can NOT exchangeable or returned!
