It cures quickly, is water-resistant, and offers excellent rust protection. After mixing, the primer has a pot life of 8 hours. It is dust-dry after just 20 minutes and sandable after 4 to 5 hours at 20°C. The primer is sanded with a 150 to 240 grit sandpaper after 4 to 5 hours of curing time. Adhesion on which surface? - Steel plate - Iron - Aluminum - Galvanized base - Glass fiber reinforced plastic based on polyester Instructions for use Sand the surface to which the filler will be applied and remove any dust. Ensure there is no rust, grease, dirt, or loose paint residue. If in doubt, degrease the surface with a clean cloth to improve adhesion. Mix the base with the hardener in a 3:1 ratio (add thinner to your liking if necessary). This mixture can be applied with a spray gun with a 1.5 to 1.7 mm nozzle at a pressure of 1.8 to 2 bar. It can be sanded after approximately 4 to 5 hours of curing time or resprayed. Once the product is applied below the temperature of +10°C, the drying time becomes significantly longer.
