Description

Dibenzoyl peroxide hardener for two-component fillers and polyester resins. It is used as a free-radical additive for the hardening of unsaturated polyester resins pre-accelerated with tribasic aromatic amines. Using the correct ingredients in the hardener ensures that Airo fillers cure well within the specified time. No guarantee can be given when using other brands.

To be used for
- Airo filler with light color 1.5kg

Instructions for use
Add approximately 2% to 5% hardener to the filler for proper mixing. The hardener is specifically designed for Airo fillers and is not guaranteed to work with other fillers. Above 50°C, the hardener paste may decompose, as it may degrade upon contact with dirt, ash, rust, or metal swarf.
CAUTION: Never mix too much hardener! Excessive hardener won't speed up the process, but it can actually cause the paint layer to delaminate or change color.

Storage and processing advice
- Do not process below +5°C
- Recommended processing temperature is between +18°C and +25°C
- Store at +20°C in a closed (airtight) container for at least 6 months
