Colormatic 1K Clear Coat High Gloss is a fast-drying, UV-resistant clear coat that can be used with all common paint systems. Its excellent flow properties and excellent polishability make it ideal for spot repairs and respraying entire bodywork sections. Thanks to its short drying time, excellent flow and easy polishing, this 2K clearcoat is an excellent choice for spot repairs. Features: -High-gloss and UV-radiation resistant -Quick drying -Very good flow -Suitable for spot repair Processing: -Bring the tin to room temperature, 20°C is ideal. - Thoroughly clean the surface to be sprayed with a silicone cleaner. The area must be dry and free of dust and grease. Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes, allowing the mixer to work its magic. If you don't shake it thoroughly, there's a chance of color shifts during spraying. -Preferably spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Indoors, you must cover the area well to protect against fine mist. Cover all areas that should not be sprayed. Ensure good lighting so you can see where you are. Ready to start spraying? First, make a test patch to test how the spray can works and how it's applied. -Apply it at a distance of 25 to 30 cm from the object and move the can back and forth gradually. Apply 2-3 coats of clear lacquer, allowing 2-3 minutes for the coat to dry in between. After curing (24 hours at 20°C), any transitions can be polished to a high gloss. -After use, turn the can upside down and clean the valve. Safety: -An allergic reaction may occur due to the isocyanate used in the product. Do not expose persons with respiratory problems or allergic reactions to vapors or spray mist. -Use a paint fume mask type A2-P2 -Wear protective gloves and safety glasses
